All orders are shipped through trusted third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will automatically receive an email and/or text message with your tracking number.

 

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made items are prepared and shipped within the same week payment is received.

 

Pre-Order/ Made to Order Releases

Pre-order items require approximately 6–8 weeks for production and shipment. Please refer to the individual product description for specific fulfillment details. We do make items that are made to order.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Museum District is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, please use your tracking number to monitor its progress and contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
